What’s fascinating about this case is that Canadian Humans Rights Tribunals have for years been trying to deny people such as historical revisionists and white nationalists the right to express their views, and everyone has looked the other way. But now that the Canadian Human Rights Commission is trying to silence a Jew (*) who has been engaging in hate speech against Muslims, there’s a massive outcry about it! Funny how the media Jews didn’t seem to care about free speech until it suddenly occured to them that these hate speech laws could be turned around and used to silence them in their continued efforts to demonize Muslims, Arabs, and Palestinians in order to drum up support for the Third World War they and their neo-conservative stooges are trying to start in the Middle East. If these media Jews are so concerned about our civil liberties, then where was all the handwringing about loss of free speech when Indian Chief David Ahenakew was being fined and humiliated by a Canadian court for making anti-Semitic remarks?
Jews were perfectly willing to support hate speech laws as long as those laws were serving Jewish interests. Now that those laws are becoming an impediment to Jewish interests (i.e., to getting the West embroiled in a protracted war against Islam), they want to get rid of them. Cynthia Hess-von Kruedener said her husband’s mission was to report on the hostilities in the area and she believes that is why Israeli forces attacked the Israeli United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) post, despite Israel’s claims that the bombing was accidental.
“Obviously they were unhappy with what they were observing. Maybe that post was in the way as well,” she said. “I know my husband was reporting war crimes. And I guess they don’t want to deal with that.”

The case of a Regina man charged with promoting hatred on the Internet has sparked an online wave of anti-Semitic comments.
On Wednesday morning, a long-time contributor to the white supremacist website stormfront.org issued an alert saying Terrence Tremaine - known online as mathdoktor99 and JCMateri - was being arrested and charged for his Internet postings.
The contributor later added he had been in contact with Tremaine, who had been “held for five hours in a cold cell at the police station.” “He’s been charged under Section 319 of the Criminal Code, Canada’s notorious hate law,” the post reads. “He’s been completely gagged. His bail conditions state that he cannot own a computer or access the Internet. Yes, our sordid corrupt justice system becomes more corrupt each day. It’s like when they took away Ernst Zundel’s pencils.” Zundel is a notorious Holocaust denier who has previously been jailed under Canada’s hate laws.

Rex Murphy reprimanded a girl who called in during the beginning of the Iraq hostilities, and said that Bush was lying. Murphy, one of the gatekeepers for Canada’s plutocracy and global governance wing told her that Bush would not lie and that one should not say such things about George Bush. Of course 911 truth is not touched at all, except to condemn it as ‘ludicrous’ and ‘unthinkable’. Of course.
Yesterday’s show was no different in that the not-so-hidden powers controlling Canada were given their say. There were various guests, including one brilliant analyst who said that there is no point in debating issues because people don’t follow issues anyway, so we should just focus on superficialities. Then the neocon Barbara Kay was asked for her opinion, as though to provide ‘balance’ for the propaganda barrage I had just been witness to.
Kay’s qualifications are as an English teacher, but somehow this neocon columnist was selected as a reasonable voice for national radio. Why not ask a traditional conservative for their point of view? Traditional conservatives are evidently not pro-Israel enough. A true conservative might mention that Ron Paul is the best Republican for the job, but because Ron Paul is against foreign entanglements(ie Israel backing) and would reform the corrupt Federal Reserve system he is not mentioned by any mainstream media.
No, there are no conservatives allowed. The mainstream media including the CBC are in thrall to neoconservativism, what could be called ‘Israelism’, a fascist Zionist movement responsible for the Iraq war, and deeply involved in the 911 attacks.
Barbara Kay, a “Montreal-based columnist” for the National Post weighed in for McCain, because he would go after “the terrorists”.
Kay’s first priority is to be safe, and with a neocon warmonger in the US, we will be safe in Canada.

LEAGUE FOR HUMAN RIGHTS OF B’NAI BRITH CANADA alleges RadicalPress.com
owner guilty of “Hate Crimes” toward Jews and citizens of Israel.
QUESNEL, B.C. - Harry Abrams, B.C. representative for the League for
Human Rights of B’nai Brith Canada has filed a complaint with the
Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) alleging that Arthur Topham,
Owner, Publisher & Editor of RadicalPress.com is promoting “hatred
toward Jews and citizens of Israel” because of articles on his website
that are critical of Zionism and the Jewish state of Israel.
Topham, who has publishing both a hard copy newspaper and an online
new site since 1998, said he received the complaint from the CHRC in
an unmarked, unregistered envelope November 20, 2008. Contained within
was an assortment of documents including a 3-page complaint from
Abrams and B’nai Brith and a directive from the CHRC to respond to the
Commission by an arranged date.

his partner in this complaint, the League for Human Rights of B’nai
Brith Canada are exploiting and abusing the intent of the Canadian

ensure the freedom of expression that the vast majority of Canadians
demand and expect but rather are meant to buttress and support the

Topham further emphasized the fact that there has been a dramatic
increase in these types of complaints to the CHRC by both the B’nai
Brith and the Canadian Jewish Congress (CJC) since September 11, 2001
when the attack on the World Trade Center In New York city resulting
in the loss of 3,000 lives. In the aftermath of that horrid event
Canada brought in its new Anti-terrorism Act, c.41 on December 18th,
2001 and along with it came changes to Sec. 13 (1) of the Canadian
Human Rights Act which specifically deals with “hate messages”. It is
Topham’s contention that both the B’nai Brith and the CJC played a
significant role in defining the new “Interpretation” of Sec. 13 (1) -
one that now allows both of these partisan groups to lay “hate crimes”
complaints against any Internet user or website owner who criticizes
Israel’s Zionist ideology and its racist policies toward the
Palestinian people.
“It is nothing but a last ditch attempt by these Israeli front
organizations to take control of the Internet in Canada and censor all
dissenting opinions that don’t support Israel or its Zionist
policies,” Topham said. “It is something the vast majority of
Canadians are adamantly opposed to yet these groups are becoming
bolder by the minute and are now even riding roughshod over Christian
organizations, mainstream magazines like MacLeans and alternative
media outlets such as the Radical Press.
Topham feels that “It is definitely time a thorough and impartial
investigation was carried out to determine the extent of their
influence upon our judiciary and our institutions in general. No
individual group should be manipulating Canada’s legal system for
their own personal gain. Even CBC’s Rex Murphy is taking a strong
stand against quasi-judicial bodies like the CHRC and seriously
questioning their purpose and legitimacy as they become more and more
susceptible to the type of manipulation and abuse that we’re now
seeing spreading across the country.”
Topham is firm in his intention to fight what he feels are spurious
charges designed to silence debate on issues vital to both national
and global peace. “If we cannot express our thoughts and ideas openly
and freely,” he said, “then the democratic principles upon which
Canada was founded become meaningless and dead and we might as well
accept the fact that we are living in a communist dictatorship rather
than a true democracy”.
